Standard Branches
Depending on the branch, services may include account opening, cash deposits and withdrawals, cheque-related services, account assistance, and other personal banking requests.
CCDMs (Cheque and Cash deposit Machine)
CCDMs are designed for depositing cash and cheques without using a teller. The exact deposit limits and supported transactions should be checked before travelling.
ITM: Interactive Teller Machines
ADIB Smart Teller facilities (ITMs) are advanced self-service machines available at selected locations. They support a wider range of cash, cheque, card and account services than a standard ATM. A Smart Teller facility may not provide every available Smart Teller function at every location.
Priority Centers
ADIB Priority Banking is designed for eligible Gold and Diamond customers and provides access to dedicated banking services and relationship support. ADIB also identifies Gold Centers within selected branches, including several Dubai locations.
Dana Branches

ADIB does not publish a separate universal per-transaction ATM withdrawal limit in the same tariff table. The amount dispensed in one ATM transaction can also be constrained by the machine and available denominations. Do not assume that the daily card limit can be withdrawn in one transaction.
ADIB Smart Teller: Services and Transaction Limits
Cash Deposits
Smart Teller supports cash deposits of up to AED 200,000 per account using Emirates ID identification. The machine also accepts the newer AED 5 and AED 10 notes alongside the older denominations.
Cash Withdrawals
Smart Teller supports cash withdrawals of up to AED 100,000 per transaction using Emirates ID. This Smart Teller ceiling should be kept separate from the daily cash-withdrawal limits that ADIB assigns to different debit-card types for ATM transactions.
Cheque Deposits
For bulk deposits, ADIB states that customers can deposit up to 25 cheques in a single transaction. The service can be used with or without a debit card, subject to the applicable identification and account requirements.
The 25-cheque figure is a count limit. It does not establish a maximum AED value for the entire batch.
Cheque Encashment
Smart Teller provides instant cheque encashment of up to AED 100,000 per cheque.
Debit-Card Issuance
Selected Smart Teller machines can issue debit cards instantly. ADIB currently lists instant printing for Classic, Classic Dana, Gold and Diamond debit cards. Other debit cards may be requested for courier delivery instead.
Debit-Card Replacement
ADIB states that an existing active Classic card can be replaced through the Smart Teller. Other cards may be handled through courier delivery, and the bank notes that certain card situations are not currently available through the same instant process.

Standard branches generally operate during daytime banking hours. Their schedules tend to be shorter than mall-based locations.

For example, ADIB’s Second of December Branch at The Village Mall in Jumeirah 1 was announced with branch hours of Monday-Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Its self-service area operates separately and includes 24/7 access.
Friday Hours and Prayer Breaks
Do not rely on a universal “12:30 PM to 2:00 PM” Friday closure for every ADIB Dubai branch. Branch schedules can vary by location, and ADIB publishes different Friday schedules for different facilities.
For example, ADIB’s current Smart Teller information lists teller-assisted services on Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, while self-service is listed separately as 24/7, subject to mall operating hours for ITMs located in malls.
Check the exact branch before travelling on Friday. Do not infer its Friday closing or reopening time from another ADIB branch.
